Syngenta Product Guide Application Upgrade

The Product Guide on the Syngenta website was one of the most popular pages on the website with over a third of the traffic hitting these pages, but with a very high bounce rate and exit rates (users hitting the product guide and leaving the website without going anywhere else) it was time for an update.www.syngenta-crop.co.uk/product-guide.aspx was updated last week and already we have seen a difference in the users journey, with the bounce rate significantly down compared to pre-update, and with the amount of time users are spending in the new products it shows that a program of continued improvement can enhance the users experience.
Thinking about your users experience when planning out your website project is just as important as search engine optimisation and site structure.
